Master Cleanse Day 2

I woke up feeling fine! Oh happy day without any aches and pains! I wanted to go to my morning Zumba class after I did the salt water flush. That was pretty easy! What was all the fuss? I used warm water, and two teaspoons of sea salt, which I think is really not a lot, especially for that amount of water. Truly, it was like drinking warm soup, and I think I've drunk saltier broths in restaurants! So it was pretty tasty, but it did take me 30 minutes to drink it all down. I did brush with a minty toothpaste, as advised, and maybe that helped.

Then I waited…not for long. The movements came – painless, thank God! First some solid, then mushy, then at the end just this yellowish liquid. As I was preparing for Zumba, I had to run to the bathroom several times because of "accidents." If you've taken those slimming pills that make you leak fat from the ass, you would know what I mean by"accidents." The last few "deposits" were really just colored water. That's why these are easier to handle. More controllable too.And no rumbly in the tummy. It just slips out. Oops!

Finally I decided not to go today as I'd be late anyway.  Every other day of Zumba would be good enough while on the cleanse!

After I drank my first glass of lemonade, and some water (as I've learned, or I'd feel dehydrated), I "leaked" some more. That was about more than an hour after doing the salt water flush. It seemed to be the last.

The hunger, for me, is quite bearable. After the salt water flush, I did not feel hungry at all! When I feel hungry I just drink some lemonade and I'm fine.

Prayer aspect
I went up and commanded that the lemon cleanse would be harmonious for my body, that I would be able to do this with ease and grace, and that it would achieve the physical transformation I desired for healing, health, and beauty:  to lose the fats or weight that no longer served me, to detoxify my body, to make my skin clear, my hair shiny, my eyes bright, and to go down ten pounds to 117 pounds.

God said that the grace was granted me for an easy and successful master cleanse. Yay!

I went out to meet with someone, making sure to bring with me three lemons worth of concentrate (which would be six glasses) in a glass jar covered with a black sock; water; and another bottle for mixing it all in. When I needed to mix, I just went to a table, sat down, and did my mixing. Very doable!

7:30 pm
It's not easy seeing food! And why did our cook have to make the dishes that I like? Adobo with the meat the kind that is layered with thin strips of fat and looking so soft like it would melt in your mouth. And crispy fried fish fillet! Ah well, day two is almost done. Eight days to go! It seems like the first day was the hardest after all!

I used a total of four lemons today, or eight glasses of lemonade. I wonder if my consumption will keep increasing daily?
