So far so good. I was able to go to my Zumba class in the morning. I had brought along 16 oz of the lemonade with maple syrup and cayenne pepper. I sipped it throughout the workout, and afterwards as well, when I felt hungry. So, workout completed, no other food but the lemonade drink, and I feelgood. I had thought that 16 oz would be enough for the morning. I realized my mistake when I was about to go home. I thought about stopping by my friend's house, but nixed the idea as I no longer had enough juice. Then on the road I thought about passing by the mall but also realized I did not have any more juice left, in case I got hungry. So, the advice is true: make enough concentrate for the day and bring it along with you so you are free to go anywhere.
Since last night my throat had been itchy. I had drunk two tbs. apple cider vinegar with warm water every 30 minutes, until I almost felt sick to stomach of it, but that seemed to help. Now I think the lemonade will still help my throat, as I've read both cayenne pepper and lemonade are good cures for sore throat.
11:30 am
I felt some hunger pangs, especially as I smelled the chicken being grilled. I resolutely drank some more lemonade. I used a glass bottle that initially held organic apple juice. But now I realize the mouth of the bottle is too small, making it hard to put the ingredients inside.
Resolution: get a bottle with a bigger mouth.
Update: the medium sized mayonnaise glass jar works well for me for bringing my concentrate around.
I felt sleepy so I took a nap around noontime. When I woke up, I had a headache at the back of the head at the left. When I looked it up,it said it might be a detox headache and the salt water flush might help. So.Now I'm looking forward to the salt water flush in the morning!
I'm even wondering if I could take the herbal laxative now,as I think I'll just be home anyway…I mean it will help with this headache. A massage sounds good too!
Spiritual aspect
4:30 pm
I went up, was advised to open my records and got that I should drink more water, and breath deeper. I also exchanged soul fragments. And now I feel fine! Ache-free! It's gone!!! Yay! The Akasha heals!!!
I also got the message that I will finish the master cleanse. Yay! And that I could take the herbal laxative already.
Evening
God told me to do the heart song for the cough and it worked. Going to the Akasha heals me too, from ailments.
As I lay beside my son tonight, I felt a tremendous sense of gratitude. I wondered if the cleanse had brought it about, if mortifying the body had made it so. If so then it was worth it. I went up and said, "I am one with you, Creator!" I felt a tremendous sense of joy. My son must have felt I too as he turned to embrace me. He draws near when there is a good feeling in me.
Overall for this first day: I did feel some hunger pangs but when I would sip the lemonade they would subside. A bit of lightheadedness too but it passed. Now I realize how good food is and how important flavor is to food (after having to taste the same flavor for the whole day, and nine days more). I had thought I could do forty days, but now just after day one I'm already wondering how I could last. Though I am sure I will make the ten days for the Creator told me I will.
Tip: drink water after the lemonade as it seems a bit abrasive to the throat.
It is the end of day one I feel light and quite fine. It also seemed to me that it's easier to go up to the divine plane. By now, no more headache or dry eyes either. I am so happy to feel this way. When I would feel something not good, I would do our Theta Healing exercises. They have really helped!
All in all I drank six glasses of lemonade today. I thought I would drink more, but in the evening I just didn't really feel like it. So I wasn't even able to drink the last lemon (two glasses) that I made.
I survived day one of the master cleanse! Wow!
